Your own custom AI, built for your business

Stop relying on generic AI tools. We build private, accurate AI that knows your data, your tone, and your workflow — integrated where your team already works.

Stop relying on generic AI

Off-the-shelf assistants don’t know your customers, your jobs, your invoices, or your inventory. We build private, accurate AI that’s trained on your data, runs where you choose, and integrates directly into the software your team already uses.

You own the model. You own the data. You see every action it took. And it gets smarter as your business does — not as some vendor’s roadmap allows.

Three ways we use AI

The capabilities we deliver, and where each shines.

Why custom AI beats off-the-shelf

Your data stays yours

Sensitive information never leaves systems you control. Encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, full audit logs.

Accuracy that compounds

As your data grows, the model improves. We measure quality continuously and retrain when the numbers say it’s time.

No vendor lock-in

Build on Claude, OpenAI, or open-weights. Switch providers without rewriting the application. You’re never trapped.

Built for your workflow

The model speaks your domain, your tone, your business rules — because it was trained on exactly that.

What we can build

Useful AI systems, not buzzwords

We focus on AI that removes work, improves decisions, or gives your team faster access to the information already inside your business.

Document intake and review

Extract fields from PDFs, invoices, contracts, estimates, photos, forms, and emails. Flag missing information, summarize the file, and push clean data into your system.

Private knowledge search

Let staff ask questions across SOPs, policies, tickets, proposals, manuals, and internal notes. Answers cite the source material so people can verify them.

Customer and lead handling

Qualify leads, draft replies, route requests, prepare follow-ups, and keep CRM records current without forcing your team to copy the same details twice.

Operations copilots

Give managers a safe assistant that can look up job status, prepare reports, compare records, draft checklists, and recommend the next action from real business data.

Agent workflows

Build agents that complete multi-step work: gather context, call approved tools, update records, create tasks, and pause for human approval before risky actions.

Secure AI integrations

Connect AI to CRMs, databases, email, calendars, file storage, ticketing, and custom software with role-based permissions, audit logs, and clear boundaries.

How we make it reliable

AI needs controls, measurements, and fallback paths

A useful AI system is more than a prompt. We design the data pipeline, retrieval, permissions, review screens, confidence checks, logging, and handoff rules so people know when to trust it and when to review it.

Data prep

Clean, structure, and index the data the AI needs. Bad data makes bad automation.

Human approval

Require review before sending messages, changing records, issuing refunds, or taking other high-impact actions.

Audit logs

Track what the AI saw, what it decided, what it changed, and who approved it.

Quality checks

Measure accuracy against real examples and update prompts, retrieval, or models when the numbers show drift.

AI FAQ

Questions about AI solutions

AI-specific answers live here so the rest of the site stays focused.

Do we need a custom model or can we use OpenAI, Claude, or another provider?

Most businesses do not need to train a model from scratch. We usually start with a strong hosted or open-weight model, connect it to your data with retrieval and tools, then only fine-tune or train custom models when there is a clear accuracy, cost, privacy, or latency reason.

Will our private data be used to train public AI models?

No. We design around providers and deployment options that protect customer data. For sensitive workflows, we can keep data in your cloud, use private endpoints, restrict access by role, and log every AI request.

What is the first useful AI feature to build?

The best first feature is usually narrow and high-volume: summarize incoming messages, extract data from documents, answer internal policy questions, draft responses, classify requests, or prepare reports. It should save time every week and be easy to verify.

How do you stop AI from making bad changes?

We separate low-risk tasks from high-risk actions. Reading, summarizing, and drafting can be automated sooner. Sending, deleting, charging, changing status, or updating official records should require permissions, validation, and human approval until the workflow proves itself.

Can AI work with old systems or spreadsheets?

Yes, with limits. We can connect to databases, spreadsheets, file folders, email, and APIs. If the old system has no safe integration path, we may build a small middleware layer or replace only the part causing the bottleneck.

How do we know the AI is worth the investment?

We define the metric before building: hours saved, response time reduced, fewer manual errors, more leads handled, faster document turnaround, or better reporting. If the metric is vague, the project gets vague, so we tighten that early.
