Custom MCP Servers for your internal systems

Model Context Protocol is the open standard that lets AI assistants safely talk to your business tools. We build the servers that connect your data, your rules, and your audit trail to AI.

What we do

Off-the-shelf AI assistants know the internet — they don’t know your customers, your jobs, your invoices, your inventory. An MCP server bridges that gap. It exposes the specific tools, data, and actions your AI assistant should be allowed to use, with the permissions and audit trail your business requires.

The result is an AI assistant that can answer questions like "what’s the status of John’s order?" or "draft a follow-up to every overdue invoice and let me review" — using your real data, with strict controls over what it can see and do.

We design MCP servers that are secure by default, observable by design, and tailored to the actual workflows your team needs the AI to support.

Capabilities

The specific things we deliver under this service.

Internal data exposure

Expose just the data the assistant should see — by user, by role, by record — with no surprise leaks.

Tool actions & mutations

Let the assistant create, update, or trigger actions in your systems with strict input validation.

Authentication & authorization

Per-user identity, per-action permissions, OAuth and SSO support — so the assistant inherits the right access.

Audit & logging

Every request, response, and action logged with full context. Replay anything.

Rate & cost controls

Per-user and per-tenant limits to prevent runaway usage or token spend.

Multi-tenant ready

One MCP server, many customers — each isolated, each governed independently.

Integration with your stack

Connect to your CRM, ERP, databases, internal APIs, file stores — wherever the data really lives.

Hosting & deployment

Self-hosted, cloud-hosted, on your VPC, or behind your firewall — wherever your security posture requires.

Compatibility

Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and any MCP-compliant AI client your team uses.

How we work

Predictable steps from first call to live software.

01

Map the use case

What questions should the assistant be able to answer? What actions should it take? Who can ask?

02

Design the contract

Define the tools the server exposes — read-only first, then mutations with approval. No surprises later.

03

Build the server

Implementation against your real systems, with the auth model, validation, and logging baked in.

04

Test with your data

Validate permissions, edge cases, and failure modes against your actual data — not synthetic.

05

Connect & deploy

Wire to Claude, ChatGPT Desktop, Cursor, or whatever clients your team uses. Production hosting included.

06

Operate & evolve

Monitoring, alerts, and new tool additions as the assistant’s scope grows.

Outcomes you can expect

The business impact, not just the deliverables.

AI that knows your business

Your assistant can answer specific questions about your customers, jobs, and operations — accurately and on demand.

Controlled data exposure

No more dumping spreadsheets into prompts. The assistant sees only what it’s allowed to see.

Audit-ready

Every AI action backed by a logged, replayable record — meeting compliance and security review requirements.

Composable

New tools, new data sources, new clients — added incrementally without re-architecting.

Common questions

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard (released by Anthropic, now widely adopted) for connecting AI assistants to external tools and data. Think of it like USB for AI — a stable interface that any compliant client can use.

Why not just use ChatGPT plugins or function calling?

MCP is provider-agnostic. Build the server once and it works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and future tools. You’re not locked into one vendor.

Where does the server run?

Wherever you need it to. We deploy on AWS, GCP, Azure, your VPC, or on-prem. Sensitive data never has to leave your perimeter.

Can the assistant make changes to our systems, or just read?

Either. We always start with read-only access to build trust, then layer in mutations behind approval workflows. You decide what the assistant can do, never us.
