Custom Mobile Apps for customers, crews, and field teams

Whether you need a polished consumer app or a tough field-team tool, we build mobile experiences that people actually open more than once.

What we do

A mobile app is the most personal piece of software your business will ever ship. People carry it in their pocket. They use it standing in the rain on a job site, sitting on the couch, or in a meeting they shouldn’t be using their phone in.

We build mobile apps that respect that context: fast launch, works offline when the signal drops, doesn’t demand training, and feels native on whatever device the user happens to have. Customer-facing or field-team, iOS or Android or both — we make the call together based on where your users actually are.

Capabilities

The specific things we deliver under this service.

Native iOS & Android

Swift and Kotlin builds when performance, hardware access, or App Store polish demands it.

Cross-platform (React Native, Flutter)

One codebase, both stores — when speed-to-market and consistency matter more than platform-specific feel.

Customer-facing apps

Booking, ordering, account management, loyalty — apps that customers want to install and keep.

Field & crew apps

Job lists, work orders, photo capture, signatures, GPS — built for the truck, the warehouse, or the patient’s home.

Offline-first design

Apps that keep working when the signal drops and sync cleanly when it comes back.

Push notifications

Useful notifications people don’t silence — segmentation, scheduling, deep links.

Maps & location

Geofencing, routing, dispatch, proximity alerts — the location features field teams actually use.

Payments & in-app purchase

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, App Store and Play Store IAP — wired and tested.

App Store launch & updates

We handle the submission, the review back-and-forth, and the ongoing release pipeline.

How we work

Predictable steps from first call to live software.

01

Audience & platform decision

Where are your users? iOS, Android, or both? Native or cross-platform? Decided up front, with the trade-offs explained.

02

Design & flow

Mobile-first wireframes and a clickable prototype before code — because mobile is unforgiving to bad UX.

03

Backend & APIs

Sync, auth, push, offline strategy — the unsexy plumbing that decides whether the app works at scale.

04

Build & test

Two-week cycles on TestFlight and internal Android tracks. Real devices, real testers, real feedback.

05

Submit & launch

App Store and Play Store submission, store listings, screenshots, review responses.

06

Maintain & evolve

OS updates, store policy changes, new features. Mobile is never done.

Outcomes you can expect

The business impact, not just the deliverables.

An app that gets used

Active users, retention, and store ratings that justify the investment.

Field teams that adopt the tool

Software your crews actually open instead of working around — because it’s built for their phone in their job.

Brand in your customers’ pocket

Direct channel to your customers — no algorithm in between, no platform mediating the relationship.

Production-ready foundation

Push, payments, auth, analytics, crash reporting — wired correctly so v2 isn’t a rebuild.

Common questions

Native or cross-platform?

Depends on the app. Polished consumer apps with heavy device features usually go native. Internal tools, MVPs, and content-heavy apps usually go cross-platform. We make the call together once we understand the use case.

Do we need both iOS and Android on day one?

Not always. If most of your users are on one platform, we ship there first and add the other once we’ve validated the product.

How do we get into the App Store?

We handle submission, listings, and the review cycle. Apple’s review can be picky — we know the patterns that get rejected and avoid them.

What about ongoing maintenance?

Mobile platforms change every year. We offer maintenance retainers that cover OS updates, security patches, and new feature work — usually a few hours a week is enough.
